After your booking has been approved. You will be charged; arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will inform the landlords so that you can arrange all the next steps.

If the property shows serious problems and inconsistency with reality, NOVA CASA SUR SL refunds 100% of the payment made. We will transfer the first month’s rent to the landlord only 48h after your check in, in these first hours you have the opportunity to report any problems in the property.
